Policy and Terms

Our terms and conditions stipulate that late payments are not accepted. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, rescheduling will be necessary. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We disclaim liability for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments due to insufficient information provided by the client (e.g., allergies, chronic medications, pregnancy).
