*Deposit can be transferred if reschedule is requested at least 48 hours before appointment. 

*Please arrive with clean lashes. 

*Please be on time no more than 15 min late and no more than 5 min early.  

*Must have at least 40% lashes remaining to be considered a fill. 

*$15 for after hours appointments (after 6pm) & Saturdays 

*No call no shows will be banned from booking. (Unless full amount is payed for missed appointment)

*No small children without another adult supervision.
