 No deposit=no appointment 

Appointments
Ensure that the service selected is accurate and has the appropriate ADD-ons as well.
After placing the booking please ensure that you read each email that you receive.

Late arrival
Please be on time! for  your appointment to ensure you receive the full service.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or moved to accommodate other clients.
15$ late fee after 20minutes.
Appointment is cancelled after 30 minutes.No exceptions.


Cancellation
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
You will not lose your deposit the first cancellation until the next.
 No call, no show will be charged 100%of the service 
Limit Guest 
Due to the limited seating and to ensure the comfort of all guest,we kindly request that only one guest accompany you during your appointment.( no kids allowed, unless being serviced)
 
Payments 
25% deposit is required before at the time of your service.
 We accept Cash, Cash app, Zelle and also can check out on Goldie 
$50 squeeze in fee that should be sent to Cash app (extra $1 for tax purposes)or zelle

We provide wash and blow dry
We not provide untangled 
Do not add oil in your hair
Wigs must be dropped off 3-days before your appointment.
