By booking an appointment with Jennifer Montoya Studio, the client confirms that she has read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms 1. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. • The deposit will be applied toward the total service on the appointment day. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received 2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice:  – Deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows:  – Full loss of deposit.  – Future appointments may require full payment in advance. 3. LATE ARRIVALS To respect the time reserved for every client, a $40 late fee will apply for arrivals over 10 minutes late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling of the appointment. 4. DEPOSITS & REFUNDS • No refunds are issued under any circumstances. • Deposits are non-transferable to another person. • Aesthetic results are subjective and do not qualify for refunds. 5. AGE & IDENTIFICATION • Clients must be 18 years or older. • A valid photo ID may be requested for age verification. • The studio is not responsible for false information provided by the client. 6. PREVIOUS WORK (PMU / TATTOO) • Clients with previous PMU, tattooing, or microblading must send:  – Clear, recent photos  – Taken in natural light  – No makeup or filters • Failure to send proper photos may result in:  – Appointment cancellation  – Service refusal  – Loss of deposit Jennifer Montoya Studio reserves the right to decline corrections or cover-ups. 7. HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITION • The client is responsible for disclosing all medical conditions. • Failure to disclose medical information releases the studio from liability. • The studio may refuse service if it is deemed unsafe. 8. RESULTS & TOUCH-UPS • Micropigmentation is a semi-permanent procedure. • The following are not guaranteed:  – Exact results  – Longevity  – Pigment retention • Touch-ups are not included unless stated in writing. 9. GUEST POLICY • No guests, children, or pets are allowed in the treatment area. • This policy is for safety, hygiene, and focus. 10. PAYMENTS • Final payment is due on the day of service. • Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Visa. • Payment disputes for aesthetic results are not accepted. 11. PHOTOS & CONTENT • The studio may take photos or videos during the procedure. • Content will be used only with prior client consent. • All images are property of Jennifer Montoya Studio. 12. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Jennifer Montoya Studio reserves the right to: • Refuse a service • Cancel an appointment • Stop a procedure If skin condition, health, attitude, or circumstances are deemed unsuitable. 13. FINAL AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, the client confirms that she: • Has read and agrees to all policies • Understands the deposit is non-refundable • Accepts all terms without exception
