Thank you so much for booking and supporting my business! 🤍 • Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be applied toward a future service. • To keep my schedule running smoothly, there is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. • Hair lightening services require a consultation via DM or in person prior to booking. • Any no call/no show clients will be required to pay in full upfront when booking future appointments.
