“After having a consultation, I was very excited to get my hair done by Jen. She communicated all the steps and ideas clearly with me, as well as making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The colour turned out brilliant, bright and definitely made me feel more like myself again, what I'm so thankful for.
