Booking & Appointment Policies • Appointments scheduled before 9 AM or after 6 PM are considered after-hours and include a $30 fee. • Text me when you arrive for the exact location. • No guests allowed. • Please wait in your vehicle until I let you know to come in (no knocking). • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. At 11 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added. At 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Late changes will require a new $20 deposit. • No-call/no-shows will be blocked from booking unless a $30 fee is paid. • Please make sure you have reliable transportation to and from your appointment. ⸻ Services & Pricing • Character nails and sets with up to 4 bling nails are an additional charge. • Please let me know ahead of time if you need a soak-off. • I do not work over other nail techs’ work. • After 2 fills, a soak-off is required. • If 4 or more nails are broken, it will be considered a new set instead of a fill. Payments • Remaining balance must be paid in cash. • All payments must be completed before leaving the nail room. ⸻ Repairs & Satisfaction • I do not offer refunds. • If you are unsatisfied, please let me know during your appointment so I can fix it. Any changes after you leave will require a fee. • I offer a 1-week guarantee for free fixes on any damage to nails or toes.
