Deposit, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy At Jay’s Nurturing Beauty, I value your business and appreciate your cooperation with my policies. Please read the following carefully: Deposit Policy: * A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. * Deposits are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation Policy: * I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling Policy: * I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. * If you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. * Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Late Arrivals: * Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid delaying other clients. * If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows: * Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification will forfeit their deposit. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my policies.
