With our skills and passion, we strive to deliver exceptional results that leave you feeling confident and fabulous. BOOKING POLICY *PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* 1. Appointments: Clients must schedule appointments in advance and arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. No Same Day Appointments unless client has consulted with me directly. 2. Consultation: A consultation is required before any major hair service. This ensures clear communication and understanding of the desired outcome. 3. Hygiene: Clients should arrive with clean hair and scalp, free from excessive dirt, oils, or product buildup. 4. Rescheduling/Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 5. Payment: There is a $25 NON REFUNDABLE Deposit required prior to booking an appointment. The deposit goes towards your style of choice. The remaining Payment is expected at the time of service via Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay. NO REFUNDS after service is paid and style is complete. 6. Communication: Respectful and clear communication is essential. Clients should provide feedback, express concerns, or ask questions before and during the appointment. 7. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The stylist is not liable for any lost or damaged items. 8.Respect for Time: Please understand that creating beautiful hairstyles takes time and precision. Therefore, clients are kindly requested not to impose time limits or schedule appointments on days when they have other commitments. *Understand as a stylist, I take pride in my work, and I strive to deliver the best results for every client. This requires ample time and attention to detail. By respecting my time, you allow me to provide the highest quality service and ensure your satisfaction with the final outcome.* Behaviors Tolerated 1. Respect and Kindness: Treat the stylist and others with respect, kindness, and courtesy. NO GOSSIP ZONE! 2. Communication: Clearly communicate your hair goals, concerns, and preferences during the consultation and throughout the service. 3. Open-mindedness: Be open to professional suggestions and advice from the stylist regarding the best approach for your hair. Behaviors Not Tolerated: 1. Disrespectful Behavior: Any form of disrespectful behavior, including rude remarks/comments, discrimination, or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated and client will be asked to leave with no hesitation. 2. Excessive Demands: Unreasonable or excessive demands that go beyond the agreed-upon service may not be accommodated. 3. No-shows or Last-minute Cancellations: Repeatedly failing to show up for appointments or canceling at the last minute without proper notice will be addressed and will result to being banned for scheduling in the future.
