Policy and Terms

Please check SMS text messages and email after booking. DEPOSIT There is a $30 non refundable holding fee for all appointments. This deposit must be paid immediately after booking, your appointment will not be accepted without deposit. Failure to do so your appointment will be declined. This deposit can be sent via bank (SCOTIA, COMMONWEALTH, CIBC) transfer, info will be given after booking. NAIL APPOINTMENTS If you are a first time client your nails must be in its natural state. We do not work over foreign acrylic sets, there will be a soak off fee of $30 added to you final total if you do show with a set that was not done in house. Inspo pics are accepted and can be added when booking appointment. HAIR APPOINTMENTS Please don’t forget to add the wash if you would like to have your hair washed. FACIALS All facial appointments includes consultation and skin analysis. Facial appointments are done in the harbor bay shopping plaza. LATE FEE You are given a 10 minutes grace period, after that time has passed $15 will automatically be added to your final bill. After 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will have to reschedule. HOLIDAYS, CLOSED DAYS AND AFTER HOURS $50 fee for Holidays and closed days. $30 fee any time before 10am and after 5:30pm it will be automatically added to your booking. This fee is for nails and hair only. Facial/waxing appointments located in HARBOR BAY (Store Peachy Flamingo Suite #6) All other services (nails, locs) are located on Robinson road (salon suites) Destiny Forbes- Nails and Locs Simone Wilkinson- Facials and Brows Please book with the correct service provider for your appointment. Don’t forget to check your booking before completing, if you need help we will be more than happy to assist. We do not allow extra guest unless they are getting a service as well.
