Policy and Terms

TRAVELLING $30 Travel fee is required because we’re home base ! LATE ARRIVALS In order to respect my time and yours, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be imposed with a $15 fee. If you are 30 minutes late you will forfeit the original appointment unless you have been giving additional grace time by me (15 minutes grace period). LATE CANCELLATION Emergencies do happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you advise me of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. NO SHOW In the case of missing your appointment without any form of communication your deposit will not be refunded as a compensation of the missed appointment service. However, 3 missed appointments you will be blocked from making any future appointments with our service. HAIR RULE PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT • Unless you choose to pay $20 to wash your hair, your hair must be freshly washed and product free including oils. • If you take your own products there will be no extra cost. DEPOSIT A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all applications. Spots are held for two (2) days to accommodate you making your deposit.
