Jaded Nails

1.$25 deposit required when booking. Deposits are non-refundable, (if appointment is canceled.) However they are transferable and the same deposit can be used to reschedule. Limit 1-2 reschedule(s) per deposit. Deposits must be made within 48 hours of booking online or in person, or your appointment WILL be canceled. 
2. New clients come with bare nails! I will not do fills or soak off another nail tech's work; I will not work on damaged or infected nails. 
3. I work with Gel only. Basic gel manicures cannot have fill-ins, other enhancements may be filled 2-3 times before a new set must be applied; and you must come in for a fill at the 3 week mark; 4+ weeks = soak off + new set.
4. If you’re 10 minutes late, (Your appointment may be canceled if I have another client right after you) a $10 late fee will be applied to your appointment total. After 10 minutes each minute thereafter will be an additional $1 charge. After 30 minutes your appointment is canceled regardless. No show= blocked and banned from booking. 
5. Please confirm your appointment with me the day before when I send your reminder text, otherwise your appointment may be canceled. 
6. Give me at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule, this can be done through the booking website or by messaging me directly. And please contact me within my business hours (9:30am-6:30pm)  No show= blocked and  banned from booking. 
7. Please do not bring guests to your appointment, unless okayed by me directly; no clients under the age of 16 permitted. 
8. I only accept Zelle, Apple Cash, Tap-to-pay or cash payments. 
9. After Hours: There’s a $25 fee if you need to book after hours. (Please consult with me directly with time and date before attempting to book before/after hours.)
10. You may only use one discount per appointment, they cannot be multiplied, but they also do not expire! This applies to discounted sets and story promos as well. 
11. Charms: I will repair a broken charm for free only once. You have to be really careful when having charms on your nails, especially larger ones. Charms are beautiful, but not suited to everyone’s lifestyle. 
12. Pedicures: Come with clean feet and wear sandals (unless it’s raining.)  I will not work on damaged or infected toenails; I will not remove ingrown toenails. 
13. Soak offs & gel removals: Please remember to book soak offs and removals accordingly; if a removal has not been booked and you arrive with nails on, we can proceed but any nail art/charms may be sacrificed for timings sake. 
14. I will repair any broken/popped off nails, within the first week for free, anything after will be a charge ($5-$15 per nail), always message me if something goes wrong with your nails! I’m always here to help.
