Jade’s Pet Grooming 

We have a 15 minute cut off for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appoitment, we will need to reschedule. 

Please Text a photo or bring in a form of your dog’s vaccinations! Email is fine too. 

$5 added fee for holiday grooms!

I took my Maltipoo, Teddy, to get his first haircut today with Jamie. Jamie obviously loves dogs. I was able to drop off my puppy and come back. She told me to pick him up at 1:30 and he was ready on the dot. He got his nails clipped, face trimmed, shampooed/conditioned, and full body trim. He looks beautiful! I had a great first time experience and will continue to come back. Thank you so much!

My dog started off hesitant to groomers as he had poor experiences in the past. I’ve never had to feel worried since bringing my dog here. He is loved and cared for, occasional craziness and all. He’s improved so much since his first visit and she does an amazing job! I recommend this to anyone looking for someone to groom their pets who genuinely cares about the pet and will ensure your fur baby is happy and safe!

Everyone I met at Jades was so kind and accommodating! They got my husky keeva in and out so fast, she looked so cute with a tidy trim and so fluffy without all the extra hair blowing everywhere! 10/10 experience highly recommend! 

It makes grooming pleasant for my baby. Jade is wonderful and I trust her and her staff. 

Our pup was severely matted. Picked him up 2 hours later and all the matts were gone 😊

Wonderful experience for my 15 year old Pomeranian. Dropped him off and they texted me as soon as he was ready so I could pick him up right away.  Like that they are so caring for my nervous little old man. 

Prompt, courteous, great attitude, professional grooming with attention to detail.  It's refreshing to experience those who love what they do.  A+

The groomers take such great care of both of my fur babies. The female is a little more high maintenance. She was treated great & looked phenomenal at pick up. 

Today was an awesome day.  Molly loves Jade's. I rescued  her January 26, 2025. Jade 's was her first and forever groomer.

Jade's is the groomer I've been searching for the last year! My pups and I have been in Louisville one year and had yet to find a groomer we loved. Well no more!! I loved Jaime, my doggo, Zara, loved Jaime! Zara was smiling when I picked her up! I actually cried a little bit to see her so happy. She's happy and groomed beautifully. ❤️❤️❤️ 

This was my and my little guy's first grooming experience and it was wonderful.  Jamie made us both comfortable with the process before I left.  I picked him up looking wonderful happy and sweet. Looking forward to future appointments.  

This was my first time at Jade’s. My girl is a 13 year old, arthritic and nervous rat terrier mix. She took extremely good care of my girl and did a great job. My dog looked great and I can tell she feels a lot better after being groomed. I definitely recommend Jade’s. 

Jamie did an amazing job with our schnoodle and golden doodle.  They are anxious dogs, and she was so patient with them.  We are new to the area, and I'm so thankful we found Jamie and Jade's Pet Grooming!!

Aliyah was excellent with my very anxious dog.  The cut looks great! We will be back.

Love this place!! Having recently adopted a nervous dog, I was wary of taking him to a groomer.  The fact that Jade's only works on one animal at a time was a huge draw for me. I used to avoid groomers with my other dogs because I didn't want them to have to be there all day and in a kennel for most of that time.   

Jamie was very helpful with my nervous pup. Unfortunately my guy was not able to deal with his anxiety but she called the vet down the street all of no charge to make sure his nails were trimmed and he got a checkup. Will definitely go back again. 

Groomer was flexible and patient with a sassy customer. 

Archie had another great visit.  He loves visiting Jade's when we are back in Louisville.  We are always greeted with welcoming smile and like we are family.  Also, he looked great after his bath and groom. 

Aliyah did a great job with my pup! She understood his sensitivity and didn’t push him too far with nail clipping, but got them the shortest I’ve seen them yet from a groomer! Appreciate her kindness and flexibility as well.

Our malti/yorkie poo Wilson was a rescue from a backyard breeder. When initially found he was fully matted and had urine burns.  We knew we had to give him the best coat care we could, but given his history, it was a challenge. Jade’s was patient with him, gave him loving care and now he’s not terrified and traumatized by grooming. I can’t recommend them enough! Wilson is grateful, as are we. 5 stars aren’t enough!
