Discounts • 10% off for students, NHS staff, and clients under 18 (valid ID required). • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. ⸻ 💳 Deposits • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. • Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed. • Deposits will be deducted from your final bill. ⸻ 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment. • The full service fee may still apply. ⸻ 💅 Repairs & Fixes • We offer complimentary repairs within 5 days of your appointment for issues caused by normal wear. • Repairs due to accidental damage, misuse, or changes of design are not included. ⸻ 👶 Children To help us provide every client with a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that children are not brought to appointments unless they are receiving a treatment.
