Policy and Terms

All deposits are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show. However, deposits are transferable to another date if you cancel/reschedule with more than 48 hours notice. Please note that deposits are only transferable one time, if you are rescheduling an appointment more than once the original deposit will be lost and a new deposit must be paid in order to book again.

Whether you are after a natural look or full glam, each makeup application is tailored completely to the individual after discussing your desired look, skin type, and any specific requirements you have. Whatever the occasion may be my aim is to make you feel your absolute best!

Patch Test - REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS

Patch test for either HD Brows, Hybrid Brow, Brow Lamination or Lash Lift. Must be done no less than 48 hours before appointment time. All new clients must have a patch test as well as any clients who have not been in with me in the last 6 months.

HD Brows

HD Brows is a bespoke brow treatment, totally tailored to you. It's a multi-step process that typically includes custom blended tinting, waxing, threading, shaping, and finishing. The lasting effects of this vary depending on skin type, hair growth and skin care routine. Results of the HD Brows treatment typically last around 4-6 weeks. New clients must have a patch test.

Brow Lamination

Brow lamination is a popular treatment that helps shape and style unruly or uneven eyebrow hair. It uses a chemical process to straighten and soften the brow hair, allowing you to set them in the desired direction. This creates a fuller, more lifted look that can last around 6-8 weeks. This treatment is combined with tinting, shaping and waxing and is finished with a hydrating serum to ensure the hairs remain in good condition. It is important that aftercare is followed to keep the brows nourished and allow for the best, long-lasting results. New clients must have a patch test.

Lash Lift & Tint

A Lash Lift is a semi-permanent treatment that uses solutions to lift and curl your natural lashes from the base to tip. This creates the illusion of longer, more voluminous lashes. Results can last anywhere from 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural growth cycle. Tint is included. Clients must have a patch test no less than 48 hours before.

Brow Lamination Maintenance

Must be booked within 5 weeks of having the brow lamination treatment. This appointment includes tinting, shaping and waxing the brows as well as a nourishing brow mask to restore and condition the laminated hairs. This will keep your brows looking fresh until your next lamination appointment.

Hybrid Brow

Hybrid brow tint not only tints the hairs but also stains the skin underneath, creating the appearance of fuller, more defined brows. Your brows will be carefully mapped and shaped before the precision tinting. This treatment also includes waxing, shaping and trimming the brows if need. Hybrid tint can last up to 10 days on the skin and from 4 to 6 weeks on the hairs depending on your skin type and aftercare. It's perfect for achieving a polished look without the need for daily makeup application. New clients must have a patch test.

Bridal trial

A bridal makeup trial appointment is a crucial step in preparing for your special day. During this appointment we will discuss your vision, preferences, and any specific styles you have in mind, so please feel free to have inspiration pictures with you. After the application we can then make any changes or adjustments if needed and once we have our perfect look I will note all products/techniques used so I know exactly what I am doing on your wedding day to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible!
