Policy and Terms

Appointment Policies Deposits A deposit calculated by ticket price is required to reserve your appointment. All deposits are applied toward your final total. Arrival Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. A 10-minute grace period is extended. After that, services may be adjusted or rescheduled. Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show. Cancellations Kindly provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule and retain your deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. Appointments that run After Hours may be subject to $10 per 10 minute increments over normal business hours.
