I specialize in healthy hair care, luxury silk presses, seamless extensions, smoothing treatments, and personalized solutions for clients experiencing hair thinning or hair loss. Please review the following before booking. 💳 Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your final balance. Accepted Payments: • Cash • Credit/Debit Card • Zelle ✨ New Guests All first-time guests should book through The Blueprint Lounge for a personalized consultation and hair plan. 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations • 48+ hours' notice: Deposit transfers to your new appointment. • Less than 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited. • No-Show: 50% of your service balance must be paid before booking again. ⏰ Late Policy • 15-minute grace period • $25 late fee after 15 minutes • More than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling and deposit forfeiture 🎨 Hair Orders & Color For custom-colored extensions: • Drop off hair 48 hours before your appointment. • Late drop-offs incur a $25 rush fee and color cannot be guaranteed. • Full payment is required before custom hair is ordered. • All hair sales are final. 💎 Extension Services Please read each service description before booking.
