JC Beauty Studio Policy & Terms Appointments & Cancellations: • A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure all bookings. • Cancellations are permitted with notification the night before your scheduled appointment. • Appointments cancelled on the day of, or if you are more than 20 minutes late, will forfeit the down payment.
