JB Precision Detailling Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 1st September 2025 By booking any service with JB Precision Detailling, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all car and motorcycle detailing services, including paint correction, gloss enhancement and ceramic protection packages. 1. Pricing & Services - All prices are based on vehicle size, condition and the service selected. - Car sizes are classified by JB Precision Detailling according to the vehicle's make, model and overall dimensions (Small, Medium or Large). - Motorcycle prices are based on the type, size, condition and complexity of the motorcycle, as well as the selected package. - Heavily soiled vehicles or motorcycles, including excessive mud, pet hair, stains, mould or other contamination, may be subject to additional charges. - Paint correction, machine polishing and gloss enhancement services are priced according to the condition of the paintwork following inspection. - Ceramic coating prices may vary depending on the vehicle or motorcycle, preparation required and coating package selected. - Final pricing will always be discussed before work proceeds. - JB Precision Detailling reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the vehicle or motorcycle differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking. 2. Bookings & Deposits - Bookings are confirmed once scheduled via our booking system or directly agreed. - A deposit may be required for larger services, including paint correction, premium detailing and ceramic protection packages. - Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking time, subject to applicable consumer law. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee where applicable. - Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings, subject to applicable law. 4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings - Customers must remove all personal belongings before the appointment. - JB Precision Detailling is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left inside a vehicle or stored on a motorcycle. - Child seats should be removed before interior services unless agreed otherwise. - Vehicles or motorcycles in heavily soiled condition, or with excessive pet hair, staining, mould or similar issues, may require additional charges depending on severity. - Customers should disclose any known damage, paint defects, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications or other issues that may affect the service before work begins. 5. Access & Utilities (Mobile Services) - Safe and adequate access to the vehicle or motorcycle must be provided. - If access is restricted or unsafe, the service may be cancelled or rearranged. - Customers must provide access to electricity and water at the service location unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. - We may be able to supply our own electricity and water in some cases, subject to prior agreement. - Clear, safe working space is essential for all detailing services. 6. Service Limitations While we aim for perfection in every detail: - Some stains, scratches, paint defects and other imperfections may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. - Paint correction reduces visible defects but may not eliminate 100% of imperfections. - Heavily worn, previously repaired or thin paint may limit the level of correction safely achievable. - Motorcycle gloss enhancement improves the appearance of suitable painted surfaces but is not necessarily full paint correction. - Ceramic coatings provide protection but do not make paintwork, plastics, glass or other treated surfaces immune to scratches, chips, damage or wear. - Results depend on the condition, materials and previous treatment of the vehicle or motorcycle. - Motorcycle detailing may be limited by delicate finishes, exposed electrical components, sensitive materials or inaccessible areas. - For safety reasons, motorcycle tyres are cleaned only and are never dressed or treated with tyre dressing. - Honest expectations and any relevant limitations will be discussed before work begins. 7. Weather Policy As a mobile detailing service: - Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, including heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures or extreme weather. - Some services, particularly machine polishing and ceramic coating application, require suitable environmental conditions. - If the weather prevents safe working or a high-quality finish, we will rearrange the appointment at the earliest reasonable opportunity. 8. Liability - Any concerns regarding the completed service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so they can be assessed promptly. - Pre-existing damage will be noted where visible before work commences. - Customers must disclose known faults, damage or sensitive areas that could affect the work. - We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical faults that occur during or after the service unless directly caused by our negligence. - We will take reasonable care when working around vehicle and motorcycle components, including electrical systems, controls, sensors and aftermarket accessories. - Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 9. Payment Terms - Payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise in advance. - Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. - Any additional charges must be discussed with the customer before the additional work proceeds. - Any late-payment action or charges will be subject to applicable law and any agreed payment terms. 10. Maintenance Detail Service - The Maintenance Detail is available only to returning customers. - It must be booked within 4–8 weeks of a Full Detail or Premium Detail. - Vehicles outside this timeframe, or in unsuitable condition, may require a higher-tier service instead. - JB Precision Detailling reserves the right to recommend a more suitable service following assessment of the vehicle's condition. 11. Loyalty & Promotions - Loyalty discounts apply only under the conditions stated at the time of the offer. - Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. - Any promotional offer will be subject to its stated eligibility requirements and validity period. 12. Customer Satisfaction - Customer satisfaction is our priority. - If you are not fully satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assess your concerns and work towards an appropriate resolution. - Where necessary, we may request photographs or an inspection of the vehicle or motorcycle. - Any resolution will depend on the nature of the concern and the work originally agreed. 13. Agreement By booking a service with JB Precision Detailling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by JB Precision Detailling, including car detailing, motorcycle detailing, gloss enhancement, paint correction and ceramic protection.
