These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistent high-quality service for every customer. --- 1. Pricing & Vehicle Condition All prices listed are base prices. Final costs depend on: The size and type of the vehicle (e.g. small car, SUV, van, 4x4), and The condition of the vehicle upon inspection (e.g. excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, tar, or heavy soiling). If additional time, products, or labour are needed, an adjusted price may apply. Any changes will always be discussed and agreed before work begins. --- 2. Booking & Cancellations Bookings can be made via message, phone, or in person. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or affect future bookings. --- 3. Access & Power/Water Supply For mobile services, please ensure: The vehicle is accessible at the agreed time. Keys, fobs, and security systems are available. There is safe access to power and water if required. If access is limited, unsafe, or not as agreed, JB Precision Detailling reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. --- 4. Valuables & Personal Belongings Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. JB Precision Detailling is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. --- 5. Service Quality All services are carried out to the highest professional standard. However: Some stains, marks, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. We cannot guarantee results for defects beyond cosmetic detailing (e.g. deep scratches, worn materials, faded paint). --- 6. Weather Policy As a mobile detailing service, work is weather dependent. If conditions such as heavy rain or high winds prevent safe or high-quality work, your appointment may be rescheduled at the earliest suitable time. --- 7. Liability JB Precision Detailling uses safe, professional-grade products and equipment at all times. We are not liable for: Pre-existing damage, loose trims, faded paintwork, or worn surfaces. Issues that worsen naturally during cleaning due to age or deterioration. --- 8. Payment Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: Cash, bank transfer (where available). --- 9. Loyalty & Maintenance Services The Maintenance Detail is exclusive to returning customers within 4–6 weeks of a Full or Premium Detail. Loyalty cards are only valid for registered repeat customers. --- 10. Agreement By booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
