At J Nails Academy, we value your time and ours. Please read our appointment policy carefully: To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask you to review our policies below. By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to the following terms: Appointments and Cancellations • ⌛️48 Hour Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to offer your spot to other clients. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is cleared. Punctuality • ⏰Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will unfortunately not be accommodated, and a cancellation fee may apply. Safety & Comfort • 👧👶Children: For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly request that ⛔️ no children be brought into the salon unless they are receiving a service. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a peaceful environment. Payments • Payment Terms: All services must be paid in full upon completion 💵WE ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS ONLY .Clients who have incurred any fees due to cancellations or no-shows must clear these balances before scheduling future appointments. Other Considerations • Respect for Our Staff and Clients: Please maintain a respectful and calm environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service. • Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of others.
