Policy and Terms

Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Payment Payment is due at the completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Late or unpaid balances may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. Access & Readiness Please ensure I can safely access the property at the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for securing pets and providing working water and electricity. Delays caused by access issues may reduce the amount of work completed during the scheduled appointment. Scope of Service Services are based on the appointment booked and the condition of the space upon arrival. Additional time, tasks, or heavily soiled conditions may require an updated estimate or an additional appointment. Certain hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions may require specialized services. Safety & Right to Refuse I reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Satisfaction Your satisfaction matters. Please contact me within 24 hours if you have a concern so I have an opportunity to discuss it and make things right. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered based on the circumstances. Travel A travel fee will apply to locations more than 20 minutes outside my regular service area. Containers, organizational products, hauling, and donation drop-offs are not included unless arranged in advance.

Need help tackling the area that’s stressing you out the most? This focused two-hour reset is perfect for one or two priority areas or a specific household to-do list. Depending on your needs, your reset may include cleaning, dishes, laundry, changing bedding, decluttering, organizing, or putting your space back together. You choose the priorities, and I’ll jump in and get as much accomplished as possible during our scheduled time. This is a time-based service. The amount completed depends on the size, condition, and needs of your space.

My most popular service! This three-hour customized home reset is for busy families, overwhelmed homeowners, or anyone who needs more than a traditional cleaning service. I can clean, tackle dishes and laundry, change bedding, declutter, organize, and help restore order wherever it’s needed most. We’ll identify your top priorities before I begin, and I’ll work through them efficiently during our scheduled time. No judgment and no one-size-fits-all checklist—just practical, hands-on help based on what your home actually needs. Completion of an entire home is not guaranteed.

6-Hour Deep-Dive Home Reset

When the mess feels overwhelming and you don’t know where to begin, this extended six-hour reset gives us time to make a serious dent in it. Perfect for larger projects, multiple rooms, major catch-up cleaning, household organization, moving preparation, or getting your home back under control. Your session may include detailed cleaning, dishes, laundry, bedding changes, decluttering, organizing, and other agreed-upon household tasks. We’ll create a priority list before I begin so the most important areas are handled first. This is a time-based service, and completion depends on the size, condition, and needs of your home.
