By booking, you agree to the following: • Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows are charged 100%. This is a one-income, small business—last-minute cancellations directly impact my ability to serve other clients. • Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Late payment may require prepayment for future bookings. • Access & Readiness Please ensure I can access your home at the scheduled time and that pets are secured. Delays may reduce service time without price adjustment. • Scope of Work Service is based on what is disclosed at booking. Heavily soiled areas, hoarding-level conditions, biohazards, or specialty requests may require additional time and cost. • Safety & Right to Refuse I reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented. • Satisfaction Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. No refunds on completed services; reasonable touch-ups at my discretion. • Travel Policy For locations over 30 minutes away, a travel fee will be added to cover time and distance to and from the property. This fee is based on the standard hourly service rate. Travel fees may be waived if multiple clients are scheduled in the same area on the same day.
