Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you cancel the day of or are a “no show “ you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. if you’re a “no show” or cancel the day of your appointment and you’re getting a long braid service you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee due to the inability for others to book because it’s a long service.


Autume has a very calm demeanor that I enjoy. She also thoroughly washes and conditions my hair, and neatly twist my locs.  I can tell she really  enjoys and takes pride in my haircare, and when asked, offer good tips to take care of my hair at home.
