Hello! My name is Laura Martinez. I’m a licensed nail technician located at 3240 w 111th st I do charge an hourly rate, which differs per service. My rates are listed down below underneath each service. 🚨I do require a $40 non-refundable deposit ($10 non-refundable deposit for other specific services)🚨 The remainder of your payment will be accepted through cash, debit card/ credit card, and Apple Pay. If you decide to pay with a card, the booking site will charge you a 3.6% + .30 cents processing fee. If you’d rather not pay that, then please bring cash to your appointment. The day of your appointment you will need to dial 2 on the call box outside of the building. From there I’ll be in the first room to your right. If you come an hour early or significantly earlier than your set appointment time, I will not be expecting you and won’t let you in unless you let me know because then I think it’s a random person trying to open the door. If you need to reschedule, your confirmation email has a rescheduling link that will automatically transfer your deposit to your new appointment. You have to make sure to reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment or else it will be considered a last minute cancellation. Last minute cancellation means deposit is not refundable. I do have a 15 minute grace period. The appointment will be canceled if you’re over 15 minutes late. I do charge a $5 late fee. The late fee is applied when you’re late to your original appointment time, not after the 15 minutes. If you’re over 15 minutes late I will not be able to do your nails as it starts to go into my next client’s appointment time.
