Deposits/ Booking Fee are non-refundable (This goes for all classes and bootcamps as well) in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Deposits are included with the service; the remaining balance will be charged at the service/s. Deposit/ Booking Fee Amounts is at least $10. Anything over $70 Deposit amount will be dependent on whether nail appointment, class, etc. & charged accordingly. Class Deposit/ Booking Fee (Large amount class only) starting at $100. TIME 15 minutes late will result in a reduction of service depending on the situation If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be rebooked or canceled, depending on the situation. Please keep in mind any service added during service as shape change, designs, etc. will not be guaranteed due to possibly running in another client/ customer servicing. No call no show will result in losing your deposit and they are non refundable (All sales are Final). *Please be advised if a walk-in appointment is set up (this is technically last minute), if the nail tech is late, or if things are not as set up as regular appointments, the tech is not at fault, nor deductions are taken off. **Working on previous nail work is not allowed! Ex: If you have acrylic already on, I do not do work on previous tech/others work, due to chemical and health reasons. Removal is allowed after proper consultation has been performed. WALK INS Only accepts on days that are offered for walk-ins. If necessary, Please allow at least 2 hours in advance to have a walk in and only by acceptance of nail tech. This is due to the fact of possible scheduled appointments or other factors. If not able to adhere to this, you will be asked to schedule an appointment. CLASSES & BOOTCAMPS All Sales Are Final‼️ No Refunds! Rescheduling is allowed only! NAILS All nails should be in proper health in order to perform any service. If nails are not in proper health (& refer to Dr if necessary) service will be declined. FILLS Only 2 acrylic fills per set is allowed, After the second fill next appointment follows with a new set whether on nails or toes
