Irresistible_Ways Policies Infills • You must have 50% or more of lashes left (after outgrown lashes are removed) for it to be classed as an infill. • Any less will be classed as a full set. • Please ensure you book the correct service. If you book an infill but it’s actually a full set, I can’t guarantee I’ll have enough time to complete the service, and you will also be charged for a full set, not an infill Deposits & Refunds • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to confirm your appointment. • Without this fee being paid, the appointment is not secured. • No refunds offered. • If you feel there is an issue with your treatment, please message me within 48 hours of having it done and I will fix it to your satisfaction. • Anything outside of this timeframe will be charged at full amount, as it is considered aftercare not being followed. Cancellations • Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment: you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. • If you have booked multiple services and cancel one within less than 24 hours, you will still be charged. • If the cancellation fee is not paid, you will not be able to book again. Before Your Appointment • Clean your lashes. • Remove all mascara, lash glue, and natural oils. If not, you will be charged for a lash bath. • No caffeine before your appointment (it makes your eyes twitch and placement harder). • No contact lenses. • Use the toilet beforehand or ask to use it before your appointment. Late Fees • Arriving 10 minutes late = £5 charge. • Arriving 15 minutes late = £10 charge. • Fees must be paid before the appointment starts. • If I don’t have time to continue, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll be charged 50% of the missed service. Payment must be made before rebooking. Allergies • Patch tests are available for all services. If you’re worried about a reaction, please request a patch test or book one via the booking system. • If you have a reaction even after a patch test, I will provide a free removal. • Please note: My products and insurance do not require patch tests.
