50% deposit is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before the agreed appointment date. If the appointment is booked 7 or less days before the session, then the full 100% will be due for payment. In case of last-minute cancellations which are notified within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a partial refund will be refunded (50% of the cost of the session). The deposit, however, is non-refundable, however, where possible and convenient for both parties, the session can be rescheduled to another date. If you are booking a QHHT or BQH session, a separate email will be sent to you outlining the process and what you will need to know before you attend your session.
