POLICIES DISCLOSURE - PLEASE READ: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. I require a 72-hour notice to re-schedule your appointment, if you fail to give me this notice you will lose your deposit. I have a 15-minute window grace period the day of your appointment. You are welcome to reschedule once, but a second reschedule requires another deposit. Deposits expire after 6 months. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment for any treatment service. Additionally, a $100 non-refundable fee is required in advance for consultations, which are scheduled around service appointments. The remaining balance is due at your scheduled appointment. Please note that the service deposit can only be transferred once if you provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule. A second reschedule will necessitate another nonrefundable deposit. In the event of a no show or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit both the deposit and your appointment. We kindly request at least a 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. Clients who fail to show up or cancel on the same day will be required to pay 50 percent of the service fee upfront for any future appointments. By paying your deposit and securing your appointment, you agree to my terms and conditions. I will not engage in discussions regarding these policies.
