No-Call/No-Show Policy If you fail to arrive for your appointment without notifying me, a $20 no-show fee will be required before you can book any future appointments. Failure to pay this fee may result in being unable to schedule with us again. No Extra Guests For the comfort and safety of all clients, no additional guests are allowed at your appointment unless otherwise approved. Grace Period There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being marked as late, which can lead to cancellation and loss of your deposit. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule 48+ hours in advance, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Booking A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total. The remaining balance is due in cash unless we discussed different payment method in advanced. Location and deposit instructions are provided at the time of booking. Fill Appointments To qualify for a fill, you must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining and book within 2.5 weeks of your last visit. Full Sets Appointments scheduled after 3+ weeks from your last visit will be charged as a full set. Cancellation / Rescheduling To keep your deposit, you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. Before/After Hours Appointments booked outside of regular business hours will incur a $20 fee.
