Known for vibrant designs, friendly service and a reliable professional setup, we help make every event feel extra special. Policy and Terms

• Retainer payments are non-refundable and secure your booking date and time. • Final balances must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date. • Please ensure adequate space, lighting and suitable working conditions are available for face painting setups. Outdoor bookings must provide appropriate shelter from rain, wind, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If suitable shelter is not available, the activity may be unable to go ahead. • Children with cold sores, conjunctivitis or contagious skin conditions cannot be painted. Only children aged 3 years and over will be painted. • Young children may require a parent or guardian to remain nearby during face painting. • Cancellation of a booking will result in loss of the retainer payment. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event date and the balance has already been paid, the full booking fee will be retained and no refunds will be given. • In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement artist. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued. • By booking with Impeccable Parties, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Big Party Package - for parties up to 50 kids

Perfect for larger celebrations and joint parties, our Big Party Package is designed to keep lots of guests entertained with minimal waiting time! Two professional artists will attend your event, offering a choice of either a face paint or glitter tattoo for each child. A fantastic option for parties with 30–50 children, busy family celebrations and events where you want plenty of variety, sparkle and fun. Also available for smaller parties of up to 25 guests, where each attendee can enjoy both a face paint and a glitter tattoo. A brilliant value package that saves £60 when booked together 🥳🦸🏻‍♂️🧚🏼‍♀️

Festival Glitter Bar

Bring the festival vibes to your event with our Festival Faces package! Think sparkling eye designs, glitter beards, face gems, shimmer and chunky biodegradable glitter for a fun, stylish and super glam experience. Perfect for older children, teens and adults, making this a brilliant option for mixed-age parties, celebrations and special events. For younger guests, we also include face painting so everyone can join in the fun. Perfect for larger birthday parties and celebrations, our Speed Painting package is designed to keep queues moving while still delivering colourful, fun designs children will love! Using a selection of popular quick-design options, we can paint up to 40 children within a 2 hour party session. Perfect for smaller celebrations, our Small but Mighty package was created for parties where the standard minimum booking may feel less value due to low numbers. Designed for up to 12 children, this fun-filled package includes professional face painting, handmade face bling, glitter and glitter tattoos all provided by one artist. A brilliant choice for smaller birthday parties that still want plenty of sparkle, colour and excitement without compromising on the full Impeccable Parties experience 💪⚡💥

Community & Corporate Events - 15 kids face paints per hour

Face painting is always a hit at family fun days, community events and corporate celebrations, bringing colour, excitement and plenty of smiling faces to your event. For busier events, we can also provide our virtual queue system to help reduce long waiting times and allow guests to continue enjoying the event while they wait for their turn. Our experienced professional artists are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and provide a friendly, reliable and high-quality service suitable for all ages. At this price range, you can expect your face painter to paint approx. 15 faces per hour. Pricing is charged at £75 per hour per artist, with a minimum 2 hour booking required.

Community & Corporate Events - Speed Painting

Our Speed Painting option is perfect for larger community and corporate events where high guest numbers and fast-moving queues are important. Using a menu of popular quick designs, our experienced professional artists can paint a high volume of guests while still delivering colourful, fun and eye-catching results. Ideal for busy family fun days, school events, festivals and promotional events. For larger bookings, we can also provide our virtual queue system to reduce long waits and allow guests to continue enjoying the event while waiting for their turn. All artists are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and provide a friendly, reliable and professional service. Pricing is charged at £90 per hour per artist, with a minimum 2 hour booking required.

Guests can choose from sparkling eye designs, glitter beards, face gems and biodegradable festival glitter, all applied by our friendly professional artists using high-quality cosmetic-grade products.
