Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Naturally Illustrious, you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late arrivals over 20 minutes without communication will result in appointment cancellation and a new deposit requirement. No calls, no shows will incur full payment for future appointments. Failure to submit payment within 15 minutes post-appointment will result in automatic charges and a 5% inconvenience fee. Please ensure updated payment details to avoid any inconvenience.
