Tattoo Design:** - Clients are encouraged to bring reference images, but final designs are developed in collaboration with the artist. - Design revisions are permitted prior to the appointment but may affect the booking time. - Major changes to the design on the day of the appointment may result in rescheduling and an additional fee. **4.
