Thank you for booking with us! Kindly note the important terms & conditions!

- Please note Studio Artists are not our Head Artist Nombuso. They are artists that are trained by her. 

- All bookings are secured with a full non- refundable payment which must be immediate for ease of reference.

- Once you have selected your slot please wait for us to confirm  your booking and ONLY THEN  can you make payment within 30 mins and send the POP with the same reference used to make the booking to 0742008836 via WhatsApp.

- A text with our address & a reminder will be sent  the day before your appointments. 

- We are forced to cancel bookings after 15 minutes of no show and all payments are forfeited as another booking would have been secured. 

- Up to 20 minutes late arrival is charged R250. We are forced to cancel thereafter or change artists depending on availability

- Bookings before 8am and after 4pm have an additional charge of R250 to be included when booking 

-Bridal bookings are made via email

We had a family wedding in Durban as out of towners, tried to book appointments with several beauty providers but most of us were not responded to. Finally got recommended Nombuso; the whole experience was pleasant right from making an enquiry on WhatsApp, being sent the booking link with such professionalism. 

The service itself on the day was professional, my artist communicated well and delivered exactly what I needed.  I highly recommend this team♥️. We all looked beautiful

My first experience was absolutely amazing at IAMNOMBUSO studio. Nombuso and her staff were so easy to communicate with and I was warmly welcomed, Portia did my face and I am very much happy with her work. Make up artist Lebo was very professional and friendly. She made us look like a million bucks. Nombuso made sure that we were happy with our makeup and asked if we wanted to make any changes . Installation was also very good good work team🙂
