To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of R200 has to be paid immediately after booking on the app. Both proof of payment and a screenshot of appointment confirmation have to be sent on WhatsApp. 

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you’ll forfeit your deposit. 10-15 minutes late will result in R50 fine (non-negotiable). 

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours before start time.
