Policy and Terms

Appointment Policy • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will have their appointment cancelled. In such cases, a new deposit will be required. • Intricate or detailed designs may incur an additional charge of £5–£10, depending on complexity. Clients are kindly asked to provide their design in advance, as this may affect the appointment duration. • I take my last appointment at 5:00PM, the booking site may allow you to book later on in the evening when appointments take less time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation

I will run you through the booking system to make it as simple as i can for you. We will go through if you have any medical history that might impact the fact you will have gel on your nails. And i will answer and questions you have.

I do NOT do extensions on under 16 . Building nails with forms and hard gel, this service is for one colour only (e.g. All nails will be red). Price is based on length.

Gel Paint

Just gel paint over the natural nails. I recommend a full colour as designs never look as good on a natural nails like they do on BIAB.

Soak off

Soak off using foils and acetone for removal.

File off

This is for customers that have more sensitive skin that react badly to acetone. Or customers that have hard gel on their nails as it’s not a soak off product. From a file off some of the product may be left on your nails. Not for product that aren’t mine, please select removal of foreign product as the processing time is different.
