Appointment Policy • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will have their appointment cancelled. In such cases, a new deposit will be required. • If an appointment is rebooked twice by the client, an additional deposit will be requested in order to confirm the booking. • Intricate or detailed designs may incur an additional charge of £5–£10, depending on complexity. Clients are kindly asked to provide their design in advance, as this may affect the appointment duration. • I take my last appointment at 5:00PM, the booking site may allow you to book later on in the evening when appointments take less time.
