By booking with House of Celestial, you agree to these Policies & Terms. House of Celestial may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24hr before the appointment time; if you are 30mins late for your appointment it’s an automatic cancellation mandatory deposit of $2000 is required for all makeup and nails services, deposit will not be refundable at that time. 20 mins late will attract $1000 late fee. Late cancelations and no shows will attract a 50% deposit on your next booking. Appointment will be cancelled if deposit isn’t made within 2hrs after booking your appointment.
