Policy and Terms

We want every client to have the best experience with us, so please take a moment to read our salon policies: Deposits • A deposit is required for certain appointments. This will be taken off your final bill. Patch Testing • All new clients must have a patch test for any colour service, including brows and lashes. This must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations • We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may result in your deposit being lost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be required to Pay 50% of the service scheduled. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before may be required to Pay 100% of the service scheduled. • No - Shows may be required to Pay 100% of the service scheduled. Guests • If you wish to bring a +1 to your appointment, please let us know in advance. We like to keep the salon calm and tailored to each client’s experience. Parking • There is 2-hour parking available at the front of the salon. • For longer appointments, there is all-day parking behind Tesco. Late Arrivals • Please let us know if you are running late. As we work on back-to-back appointments, lateness may impact your service time or require rescheduling. Most importantly, our salon is a space for you to relax, unwind and enjoy your beauty treatment.

Once your consultation is complete and your order is placed, please allow 3–5 working days for your hair to arrive at the salon. Please note that the hair warehouse operates Monday to Friday only, meaning weekends and bank holidays are not included in delivery timeframes. Orders placed later in the week may not be processed until the next working day, so please bear this in mind when planning your appointment. Booking Your Appointment Extension fitting appointments will only be confirmed once your hair has arrived in the salon.
