My baby (dog) has a new place to get his hair done!!! He is a little guy who is super anxious and struggles with change. Today, Danielle made our day with his new do and how great she was with him. The place is beautiful and you can tell they take the time with each pet.

This was our second appointment as Hound and Home and it was another great experience. As much as anything, I appreciate the scheduled appointments, which minimizes the stress on my sweet pup. Beyond that, she looks amazing after her grooming and I am so glad we found Hound and Home!

Great first time experience with my husband’s grandma- who is hard to please! Her dog looked great and was the most calm I’ve ever seen him be at a groomer! 

My 60 pound golden came back after a grooming smelling so nice all brushed out and with a pretty bandana. I’m very happy with their work we will be back

I come here to use the DIY bath for my dog who’s super anxious and I also get my other dog full service groomed here. We love Hound and Home and the staff, the groomer does an amazing job with care. I also love that they have healthy dog treats for sale (amongst other things) - I always stock up when I go.

Everyone is so warm and welcoming and they take the time to give my dog with separation anxiety extra love and pets to keep him happy!  

He always come out perfect and if I have any special requests they take care of it! 

I brought my aunts dog to get groomed by Danielle and she did a great job! Everyone that I interacted with while there was extremely friendly and welcoming. 

I loved my experience in happy that this is just down the street!

Groomer did a great job with my 18 year old Tibetan Terrier.  My dog looked pretty and was happy when I picked her up.

I brought our dog to have it groomed. It’s very nice to have a groomer in town and they do a terrific job. We have brought her there twice now and both times the person who groomed her listen to exactly what we asked. It’s very nice that they groom one dog at a time which leads to much less stress for your animal. The pricing is consistent with other dog salons. I would recommend this business for those who have dogs in the surrounding areas. Support our local businesses.

I had a great experience at Hound and Home! I took my cavalier for a mini groom and he was in and out in 50 minutes! Everyone was very kind and the new location is beautiful. Their hours and location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend Hound and Home for your dogs ‘s grooming needs!

Thank you for your hard work on Bailey. It’s been a rough 2 weeks with him being sick and I know he isn’t acting like himself.

I took my girl Popcorn in and I was very nervous as my pup is anxious and her size can make things difficult but the Hound and Home team was beyond kind and helpful. The front team member was very informative and answered all my questions while also making me wayyy less stressed. The groomer was fantastic and got my girl smelling and looking so good. The whole grooming was fast and pickup was so easy. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much ☺️ ❤️🍿

Hound and Home’s new location brings a very friendly comfortable vibe. Their groomers ask questions about length or certain areas to look out for during the appointment. My dog can be very anxious but they are great at working with her to make it as easy as possible. Always leave having had a great experience with Hound and Home!

I just moved to Newington and needed to find a new groomer for my Great Dane. I'm very glad I found Hound & Home! My dog is on the larger side and gets very nervous when I’m not with him but I/he had nothing to worry about, as the ladies at Hound & Home are professionals! I will definitely be back

Hound and Home did a FANTASTIC job grooming my dog Cassie, a pomeranian. 
Today was our second time having Cassie groomed here, and again, I am extremely satisfied with the way Cassie looked and smelled once we picked her up. The cute pink bandanna was an adorable touch too! 
Kayla and her staff are very friendly and have a fantastic rapport with dogs. :)  Our Cassie seemed very comfortable and happy to be there, and I know she was very well taken care of. Cassie will be back for sure! 

Danielle was great with my senior fur baby. She was patient with him which is so appreciated since he can be a bit reactive when being touched in certain areas. She listened to what we wanted done to his look and met our expectations. Thanks again, Danielle!
