Hopeful Tattoos

10% of tattoo price for tattoo appointment fee before scheduling: pay when appointment date/time is set, 10-30% design fee if custom design: pay after design is complete (both fees not included in tattoo price itself). No refunds of appointment fee if cancellation before 72 hours of preset appointment time. No children being brought during tattoo (15 and younger). Changing size drastically at appointment may change price of tattoo afterwards.
