Please Note: To keep the salon environment relaxing and comfortable for everyone, I kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests to your appointment. Guests who are not receiving a service are not permitted, and appointments may be rescheduled if this policy is not followed. I currently do not service children under the age of 13. If you are bringing your daughter to her appointment, you are welcome to stay and relax in the designated waiting area while she is being serviced. 💕 BLACK BOX DYE & DARK HAIR POLICY If you have previously colored your hair black, used black box dye, or have very dark artificial color on your hair, you are required to book a strand test prior to scheduling a lightening service. Dark artificial color can be difficult to remove and may lift unevenly, reveal unwanted warm tones, or require multiple sessions to achieve your desired level of lightness. A strand test allows me to assess how your hair responds to lightener and determine the safest approach for your hair goals. Please understand that achieving your desired blonde or lighter result in one session is not guaranteed. If you choose to proceed without a strand test, you acknowledge that your hair may not lift as light as desired during your first appointment and that additional sessions may be necessary. Your hair’s health and integrity will always be my priority. Results depend on your hair history, existing color, and how your hair responds to the lightening process. Additional sessions and services will be priced accordingly. NO REFUND POLICY All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits and payments for services already performed.
