All new clients are required to have a 20 minute free consultation before their first treatment. Please select this prior to your desired treatment from the service list. *************************************** All bookings are to be made 24 hours in advance. For multiple treatments on the same day, please message me before booking. *************************************** Deposits A £10 non-refundable deposit is required on the day of booking to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the treatment payment. Aromatherapy Consultation All clients requiring a personal blend being created for them are required to have an Aromatherapy consultation. An online consultation form will be sent to you, so that I can tailor a homeopathic blend for you. Please leave me a message at the bottom of the booking link for any further details. Back, shoulder and neck massage

All appointments start at 10 am. Time allocated 9:30 till 10am is for clients to pick up products 🎁 💝 How Often Should You Get a Massage? It depends on what results in you are after. This can be helpful for relieving muscle tension and an excellent way to relax after working out. But regular deep tissue massages can also help relieve stress-related insomnia, and anxiety, improve overall well-being and aid recovery from muscular tension and injuries.
