By booking with Hill City Skincare, you agree to the following Policies & Terms. Hill City Skincare reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or reschedule appointments when necessary and will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling in order to remain respectful of other scheduled clients and treatment times. Appointments at Hill City Skincare are intentionally scheduled to allow for thorough, personalized care and are never rushed. Because dedicated time is reserved specifically for each client, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations, last-minute reschedules, and no-shows may incur a fee and/or require a deposit before booking future appointments. For spray tanning services, clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results. Hill City Skincare is not responsible for issues related to improper preparation or aftercare. Results may vary based on individual skin type, medications, lifestyle, and home care. By attending your appointment, you acknowledge that you have disclosed any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, or skin conditions that could affect treatment outcomes. Hill City Skincare reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a client’s current condition.
