Here’s what you need to know before booking your hair appointment: • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your spot. • Cancellation: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations = loss of deposit. • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Late Arrival: Running late? Let me know! Arrivals after 1 hour may need to be rescheduled and will lose their deposit. • Payments: Remaining balance is due on the day by [cash/card/transfer]. • Feeling Unwell? Please reschedule! • Aftercare Responsibility Proper maintenance is required to keep braid styles looking neat and lasting longer. Clients are advised to maintain their braids by using mousse when necessary, curly or non alcohol mousse for all boho and goddess braids, tying the hair with a silk or satin scarf at night, and avoiding excessive pulling or manipulation of the braids and curls. Please note that the longevity and appearance of braid styles may vary depending on individual hair type, lifestyle, and how the hair is maintained after leaving the salon. • Hair Alteration Disclaimer HighEndHairParlourUK cannot be held responsible for hairstyles that have been cut, altered, modified, or tampered with by the client after leaving the salon. Any changes made to the hairstyle outside the salon may affect the original installation and prevent us from properly assessing the service provided. By booking, you agree to these terms.
