Sports massage is a treatment using different techniques applied in a rhythmic, deep and manipulative fashion. It can be used to prepare athletes prior to an event or to reduce the effects of Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness (DOMS) following an event. BUT sports massage can also be used on a weekly or monthly basis to help with muscular health, pain reduction, tension within muscles and increase the range of movement around a joint.  

Sports massage isn’t just for athletes. Sports massage techniques are suitable for both sports people and non-athletes alike and can help with injuries, chronic pain, muscle aches and restricted range of motion in all of us! It can help be an effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system, optimising flexibility and maintaining a healthier physical state.
Sports massage can help with:

* Neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, migraine prevention
* Sports injuries including: cramp, tennis and golfer’s elbow

Made me feel comfortable and had a laugh. Sorted out every problem I went in there with and I feel like a new person. 

This is the first time  I've been to see Des . I. Was in pain  before I  saw him within half an hour he sorted me out. All the  pain has gone, and i can now move  freely again.  Can't believe it just brilliant would  highly recommend him. 

Des was friendly and I straight away felt relaxed. The massage although painful has made me feel so much better already giving me movement back in my neck and shoulders.  Thank you so much!  Would definitely recommend 

If your limbs are not working as they should, Des will put you back in working order again. A unique gentleman, well worth the visit.
