📌 Booking Policies & Terms – Henna Puerto Rico 📍 Location & Availability Private sessions take place at my home studio in Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The exact location is shared after the deposit is received. I also travel for events across the island. 💸 Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment or event booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the service. Accepted methods: ATH Móvil (business: hennapuertorico), PayPal, or Venmo. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your session time may be reduced or cancelled if it affects other bookings. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • You may reschedule once using the same deposit if you notify at least 24 hours in advance. • No-shows forfeit the deposit and will need to pay a new one to rebook. 🪷 Service Terms • Henna and Jagua stains are temporary and vary based on body area, skin type, and aftercare. • All pastes are handcrafted with natural ingredients. If you have skin sensitivities, please notify in advance. • For events, setup time and additional fees may apply depending on distance and duration. By booking, you agree to these terms and respect the artist's time and preparation.
