About TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please take note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS when booking a Makeup Artist through Heavensent Cosmetic Makeup & Beauty Salon.. We encourage you to read these User Terms carefully as they are a legal document and, upon making your booking, you agree to be bound by these User Terms. *It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates. Thank you for stopping by. 📌 I'm Thema, a very humble makeup artist in Trinidad. In between being a wife, Hairdresser and working full-time, I enjoy sharing my love for makeup, beauty and skincare. 📌Upon booking you are required to pays 50% non refundable to secure you spot 📌 plz make sure that your deposit is being made 1 week after your booking , else your booking would be cancel. 📌 Face must be free of makeup . 📌 Eyebrow must be groomed if service is needed for same ,an additional 20tt would be added. 📌 Cancellation must be made no later than 14 days in advance.(non refundable) and ( non-transferable) 📌If you are running later every 15 min there would be an additional cost of 25tt 📌After 30 min appointment is cancelled ( non refundable)&(non-transferable) 📌If booking earlier or later time there would be an additional cost of 50tt 📌No deposit no Booking 📌 Photos and videos would be taken for promotional use only. 📌If makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded by 48 hours Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability. 📌All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. 📌SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to her satisfaction. 📌Heavensent Makeup by Thema does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore, if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the artist(s) whilst on location. - The security deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. There are no refunds of any monies paid toward any bookings where there has been any partial/full cancellation made within the two-month period leading up to the booking/wedding date.
