*Heavenly's Salon Policies* At Heavenly's Salon, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth experience for all clients. Please review our policies below: 1. *Deposits*: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show. 2. *Payment Terms*: Banking transactions are accepted via CIBC. If the transaction is not from CIBC, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your appointment. 3. *Appointment Scheduling*: Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations require a minimum of 12-14 hours' notice. 4. *Salon Etiquette*: For the comfort and safety of all clients, no alcohol or smoking is permitted on the premises. 5.* Guest Policy*: Only scheduled clients are permitted in the salon; additional persons require prior approval. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you.
