Policy and Terms

H&H reserves the right to refuse re-booking appointments to any individual that goes against physical conduct guidelines signed at time of appointment; H&H also reserves the right to refuse online bookings made by clients who have continuously cancelled or are “no shows” for previously scheduled appointments. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will require a deposit to rebook. Appointment times allow for up to 10 minutes of late time, understanding that being late may cut into your service time. Exceeding 10 minutes may result in cancellation of your service.

Single Fitness Training Session (NO PLAN)

An “à la carte” option for individual, personal training visits when no plan has been purchased. If no Fitness Training Evaluation has been formally scheduled & completed to know your baseline abilities, this will be a general exercise session adjusted to your needs as much as possible.

Grab-a-Friend Fitness

Grab a friend (or 2, up to 3 people total max) and come in for a 45 minute circuit based workout! Totally planned and programmed for you; all you have to do is show up ready to work and HAVE FUN! **No Fitness Evaluation required but general H&H paperwork must be signed by all participants. Workouts are not personalized for injury/individual goals but rather generalized full body workouts that can be modified for each person’s physical ability**
