Health and Harmony

Health & Harmony reserves the right to refuse future bookings or re-booking to any individual who violates the client conduct guidelines agreed to at the time of service or who has a history of repeated cancellations or missed appointments. Appointment confirmations will be sent via text approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Health & Harmony also reserves the right to discontinue online booking privileges or decline future appointments in cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows.
