Prescriptive Pedicures ranges from £70 to £100 • Prescriptive Pedicures with Toenail Restoration services range from £105 to £150. • It is recommended that you receive a Heal Ur Feet Pedicure every 4-6 weeks, especially if you are under treatment and for better results. • If you experience any pain or discomfort while under my pedicure regimen, please call or send an email so we can assess the situation for a proper referral to a physician. Since some clients may not be aware of their own health problems, Heal UrFeetFootspa is not liable for any problems you can incur from a pedicure service as they can aggravate pre-existing issues that you may be suffering from. • If an issue occur and you are unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel your appointment within 24hrs. • Heal Ur Feet Footspa has the right to take before and after photos of your feet. No faces or identity will be involved. Heal ur Feet will only use such content to check the quality of service, training, advertising/marketing and social media. • If you are getting Toenail Restoration services, please keep in mind this is not a form of treatment for problematic toenails. Toenail Restoration should be replaced every 2-4 weeks. Heal ur Feet Footspa follows a strict Toenail Restoration System, and it must be followed by both Footcare Specialist and client. Heal ur Feet Footspa cannot guarantee the longevity of your adhesion as it depends on the amount of natural nail that you have under your toenail enhancement. If you have less than 30% of natural nail under your toenail enhancement, it may not stay on long. If you have less than 30% of natural nail and your toenail enhancement comes off, it can be put back on for a fee. Our Toenail Restoration GEL is a soft non-porous gel that does have acrylic properties in it, but it is soft, non-porous and durable which makes it toenail friendly. There is a chance that you may have an allergic reaction. If you do, please reach out to have it removed as soon as possible and seek treatment. Heal ur Feet Footspa is not responsible for any doctors’ fees due to allergic reactions. • There are no refunds once the pedicure service has been completed. • There’s a possibility that you can bleed during a pedicure, although this doesn't happen often, it can still happen. Heal ur Feet Footspa takes extra precaution and only uses sterilized implements that are sterilized in an autoclave. • Exothermic Reaction or Burning – When curing toenail enhancements, it’s possible for the UV light to create an exothermic reaction. It’s the process when the UV light cures the product and it “tightens up” on the nail causing a burning sensation. It’s rare, but it could happen. Just let us know when you feel any warmth. Burning can also come from the e-filing process. • Getting ingrown toenails are a possibility for anyone with healthy or unhealthy toenails. If you experience any pain after your pedicure, contact me right away. If you fail to seek attention while in pain, you are at risk for an infection. If you neglect your issue, Heal Ur Feet Footspa is not liable for paying for medical attention. • Heal Ur Feet Footspa use essential oils and natural oils such as jojoba oil, tea tree, lavender, clove, eucalyptus, rosehip, rose otto, avocado oil, myrrh, castor oil and lemon grass. You cannot hold Heal Ur Feet accountable for any medical fees incurred for an allergic response. •If you’re on chemo or on blood thinners please be aware that you should check with a physician prior to coming into your pedicure appointment. • Please read these policies and terms before booking a service with us.
