Booking Fee

• A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
• This will be deducted from the final bill, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in the loss of the booking fee.
• No-shows must pay the remaining balance before booking any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled.
• In this case, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

Patch Tests

• Patch tests are required at least 24 hours prior to the following treatments:
– Brow Lamination
– Brow Tint
– Lash Tint
– Glow Peel
• Appointments cannot go ahead without a valid patch test. Failure to attend may result in the loss of the booking fee.
