Policy and Terms

• A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Please note: We do not charge HST. However 2.6% processing fee applies to all debit/credit card transactions in-store or online. • Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
